Shin.tsugi offers creative arts programmes that focus on improving mental wellbeing.
We help Youths adopt self-care as an ongoing practice, by learning to engage with the Arts in a way that promotes mental wellness.
FANDOM KINTSUGI
Shin.tsugi's 'Fandom Kintsugi' approach taps on the magic of your favourite Fandoms (movies, shows, singers, or books etc) to repair the heart and mind, where each individual's unique experiences are acknowledged and celebrated.
Fandom and Mental Wellness come together to create a highly personalised experience, where you will also meet a supportive community of like-minded learners to start your mental wellness journey.
With mental welfare awareness on the rise, Shin.tsugi has hit on the intriguing concept of combining fandom and mindfulness. Invoking fandom topics definitely helped ground the concepts, and made it easier to understand and remember them.

This session is therapeutic especially after a long day of work. Lovely to meet like minded people. The workshop is interlaced with our favourite fandom making easier to relate and reflect.

Shin.Tsugi runs a tight ship. The lesson plan is very well thought out, and mental wellness and fandom come together in a beautiful and coherent mix. I enjoyed the classes (and people I met through them) very much.
